We recognize that on occasions, technical questions or problems will arise that need to be addressed in a timely manner, even after normal business hours or on weekends. In an effort to address this need, we now offer After Hours Technical Support Services for a small annual fee.*

Our commitment to you does not stop at 5:00 pm and purchasing After Hours Technical Support Services will enable you to reach a TSI Network Support Engineer outside of our regular business hours (M-F from 9AM to 5PM).

*This service is ONLY available to current TSI customers.

To request after hour support, just dial the main TSI phone number at 508.543.6979 and choose option 40 for emergency services. Leave the following information in the emergency mailbox and a TSI Network Support Engineer will call you back promptly.

    * Full name (first and last)
    * Company name
    * Company Support Code
    * Callback Phone Number
    * Length of time you will be at the callback number
    * Brief description of the problem

If a problem can’t be resolved over the phone or via remote access in a timely manner and at your request only, a Network Support Engineer will be sent to your site. The cost for after hours on-site services is additional and you can speak to our sales department for additional details.
